Goals and Aspirations

Edgewood Environmental Literacy

Edgewood Campus School community graduates will appreciate the uniqueness and sacredness of this place through:

  • Developing a personal connection to this place and know that this is a place that they learn, play, think, pray, create, sing, dance, make and maintain friendships, eat, and work.
  • Know the natural and human history of this place.
  • Understand the human impact on this natural environment.
  • Possess the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to engage in mindful stewardship of the land.

Students will achieve these goals and aspirations through coordinated, interdisciplinary experiences that reflect the Dominican educational values of truth, justice, compassion, partnership, and community.
